The modus operandi of the Islamic terrorists

If the western democracies used the same modus operendi as the Islamic terrorists, even for just one day, the Jihad would be completely blotted out. If we used the same tactics against them that they use against us, even for just three hours, their Jihad would be stopped for a thousand years. Clearly, our civilization operates with a different set of standards and values regarding respect for human life. The terrible truth is that our higher sensibilities are also our greatest weakness in this war we have been thrust into.

Presently, throughout the Islamic world, Muslims are calling America the Great Satan and calling for the violent destruction of America. Given what has already transpired, is there any reason not to believe that they mean business? Islamic crowds, reminiscent of Nazi storm troopers, chant "death to America, death to Bush, death to Israel etc." Christians praying in a church in Pakistan were just gunned down by terrorists screaming God is great as part of the Jihad. Three Israeli women were just murdered at a bus stop in Hadera as part of the Jihad. Imagine if Israel decided to play by the rules of the Jihad and sent gunmen into a Palestinian Arab city to kill as many innocent people as possible in the name of Israel?

Should we adopt some of bin Laden's tactics?
Should we adopt some of bin Laden's tactics?

Lets put the shoe on the other foot. If America, or Israel, or the western democracies, or, for that matter, moderate Islamic states were to use the standards of the Jihad, quite a few Muslims would be killed. If America applied the standards of the Jihad, we would nuke Afghanistan, Iraq, and any other state that supported the Jihad. Is there any doubt concerning the enemies willingness to use such weapons against us if they had the chance, which, by all indications, may come sooner than later? If Israel used the standards of the Jihad, they would wipe out hundreds of thousands of Arabs.

The modus operendi of the Jihad is to kill as many "infidels" as possible as a means of ushering in a world of Islam, which, when translated, means submission. Their doctrines specifically call for the killing of infidels who refuse to submit. When this is understood, the mystery surrounding the motive for the attack on the twin towers, and the killing of Israeli kindergardeners at Maalot, dissipates. The nature of the enemy becomes crystal clear.

The international left, itself responsible, according to the Black Book of Communism, for the murder of over 100 million people, implicitly supports the Jihad by echoing their atrocity propaganda and wrapping them in the cloak of victim hood. The left reflexively finds common cause with any group that arrays itself against the western capitalist states and, as an article of their own murderous faith, views these groups, like themselves, as somehow victimized by western success. The Nazi's exploited the same victimization propaganda in their libel against the Jews.

America stopped the diabolical designs of the Nazi's and Imperial Japanese by fighting until the final goal was achieved, which was, to quote President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, "unconditional surrender." Nazism, which seemed like an invincible force in 1941, was stopped, God willing, forever. We didn't hesitate in dropping the atom bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki to save American lives and defeat the Japanese. The enemy we are now confronting is at least as evil and certainly more dangerous when considering the development and potential destructiveness of the weaponry of war since World War II.

After the fighting stopped, and the smoke cleared, we helped both Germany and Japan enter the free world with aid and support. The same policy could apply to former terrorist states that had dis-avowed the ways of Jihad. They could be welcomed into the ranks of free and sovereign nations once they, like the Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan, had exchanged a policy of world conquest for one of peaceful co-existence with their neighbors.
